Will’s business structure
Will: “Don’t hire a PA just to take some roles away from you. Make sure you go into it with a business mindset that you’re taking on a team member to double your income, or to provide double the service to double the people.”
Grant: “It’s a case of focusing on what’s most important for you and making sure the person you do employ is in line with your goals as well.
“Let them enjoy the successes with you. It’s the little things. Make them feel like they are of value in your success.”
Hayley: “You’ve got to make a smart business decision about bringing in an assistant, and make sure that you’re actually going to be profitable after you’ve done so.”
