Homely.com.au integrates to Top Software Providers

Homely.com.au now supporting the leading CRM platforms to make submitting listings for agents as simple as possible.

Homely, the revolutionary new real estate website combining Australia’s most beautiful search experience with free property listings is now supporting the leading CRM providers commonly used by Australian real estate agents, making it easy for offices to start using the platform and freely list their properties.

Top software providers working with Homely include Agentbox, Agentbase, Agentplus, Agentpoint, Box+Dice, Core Web Systems, Inhabit, iProperty, iWon Data, MyDesktop, OSL, Portplus, Renet, Rex Software, Rockend, Subtle Difference with more to be added in the next few weeks.

For agents submitting their listings, it now means they can use the same process that they have undertaken with the existing paid portals to promote their homes on the Homely site. And the integration of these platforms has proven a huge success, with almost 3000 offices and their listings added to the site since December.

Ryan O’Grady, owner from leading CRM provider Agentpoint commented “The team behind Homely have done an excellent job and have brought to market something that is more than a simple database of properties for sale and lease in Australia.”

For agents, the simplicity of transition has meant that many agents have become very supportive of the site in a short time. One of the largest barriers to entry in the real estate market was managing the upload of large listing data.

“For us it was all about creating an easy pleasant experience for agents when it came to showcasing their listings. Now with Homely supporting most of Australia’s real estate software providers we feel that agents will have no technical issues to listing on our site” said CEO and Co Founder Jason Spencer. “Ultimately for agents the method of submitting listings is nothing new to what they are currently doing”.
