In a new partnership that will make it easy for real estate agents to deliver the ultimate customer service experience to buyers and renters, Domain announced this week that their app is now synced with Australia’s home inspection booking app Homepass.
Homepass is a tool that helps real estate agents keep track of people attending open inspections and win property listings. The partnership unlocks an agent’s Homepass account, linking it to Domain.com.au and transforming their smartphone into the ultimate customer interaction and lead generation tool.
The integration between apps will simplify the experience for agents, making it easier to register open-for-inspection visitors, send documents to interested parties and connect with buyers after the fact.
Damon Pezaro, Chief Product Officer for Domain.com.au, said that the partnership helps link real estate agents with Domain’s growing mobile audience.
“Homepass is a key lead generation tool used by many agents to heighten the level of customer service that they can offer buyers and house hunters at open inspections. Given Domain’s fast growing mobile audience – more than four million app downloads and up to 70 per cent of our traffic – we’ve simply made it easier for agents to connect with active buyers.
“Together, we are creating the ultimate tool for agents. By syncing their Domain listings and Homepass account, agents will automatically get details of buyers checking in via their Domain app at open for inspections. From there they’ll be able to send personalised messages and follow-ups. Agents will be able to view their buyer profile, allowing for a stronger, more informed conversations between both parties,” Mr Pezaro said.
Daniel Oertli, founder of Homepass said:
“We’re incredibly excited to partner with Domain – Australia’s best-rated and most-used property app – and take the customer experience of Homepass even further. Agents who use Homepass can now offer a best-in-class customer experience for buyers, renters and vendors, supporting them in attracting, engaging and delighting customers.”
Available from today, agents who download the app will have free access until 31 March, 2016.
