Aimed at helping real estate agents to take their business success to the next level with practical tools, tips and strategies, the Domain Advantage free training series is available for agents as part of a national roadshow.
Agents are invited to develop their skills with the 45 minute program which is delivered face to face in group sessions on the premises of agencies that register to take part. The roadshow is being presented by Domain property expert Stu Benson, with Adelaide the next stop on 22nd and 23rd of September.
Featuring respected industry leaders from six real estate agencies as well as commentators and Domain executives, the videos follow four modules around how to successfully secure marketing investment (Vendor Paid Advertising): Creating the right mindset, Preparing for the VPA conversation, Having the VPA conversation, Monitoring and measuring campaign success.
“Even the most experienced real estate agents can struggle to communicate the vital role that marketing plays in selling a house. This in turn makes conversations with clients about investing in the property’s marketing strategy daunting” said Benson.
“The reality is that a small amount of advertising spend can significantly impact the reach of a campaign – driving more interest in the sale. In today’s competitive market, advertising and marketing has never been more important, and we want to assist our valued agent partners by coaching them on how to tackle these conversations head on – without feeling unnecessary guilt.”
Agent feedback from a recent session in the ACT was overwhelmingly positive, with Peter Walker, the principal at Peter Blackshaw saying: “I very much enjoyed the session. Stu is engaging – his involvement within our industry makes him credible and his insights are both invaluable and cutting edge. I really took a lot away with me and have already applied the principles discussed. I give the session at least 9/10”
