Century 21, the largest real estate sales organisation in the Asia Pacific region, this week announced the renewal of its sponsorship of 19-year-old race car driver, Renee Gracie, ahead of her debut into the Dunlop Series V8 Supercars development category in 2015.
Renee Gracie will become the first female to contest a full season of the series since Leanne Tander (née Ferrier) in 2001, taking her one step closer to her goal of becoming the first female to race full-time in the V8 Supercars Championship.
“Century 21 couldn’t be prouder to renew its sponsorship of such a talented and tenacious sportsperson as Renee, whose grit and hunger to succeed are exactly the talents she shares with Century 21 agents across the world,” said Century 21 Australasia Chairman and Owner, Charles Tarbey.
“Renee is clearly the ‘faster’ part of Century 21’s ‘Smarter, Bolder, Faster’ motto, and we are delighted to have her representing the network,” said Charles Tarbey.
Renee Gracie’s continuously-improving performances in the high-profile Porsche Carrera Cup Australia series saw her finish every single race and achieve four top-10 finishes throughout 2014.
According to Gracie, it is a “dream come true” to be progressing to the Dunlop Series, which has been watched by more than 9.5 million viewers so far in 2014.
“I’m so grateful to be entering this exciting new phase with the faith and support of Century 21 behind me,” said Renee Gracie.
“Century 21 is a brand synonymous with exceeding expectations and being a leader within its industry, two values which I aspire towards every time I put on my racing helmet.”
The Century 21 brand will continue to appear on Renee’s race car, suit, helmet and in her team’s pit garage throughout the 2015 season.
The first round of the 2015 competition starts at the Clipsal 500 Adelaide from 26 February to 1 March.
